Your deposit guarantees your space and helps us confirm group rates, accommodations, and safari reservations.


Recommended Payment Schedule

We encourage travelers to make monthly payments beginning in January 2026 to stay on track:
Jan 15: $1,000 per person
Feb 15: $1,000 per person
Mar 15: $1,000 per person
Apr 15: $1,000 per person
May 15: $1,000 per person
Total payments should equal $6,050 per person based on double occupancy
(single supplement + $895 if applicable).

Final Payment

Due Date: June 17, 2026
All balances must be paid to Goway Travel by this date to avoid cancellation of your booking.
